Club Rides
During term time we ride Wednesday's at 2pm and Sundays at 10am both road and XC.
We meet on the Clifton side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, sort ourselves in terms of ability and head off by quarter past the hour.
For more information check out the discipline page.
UOBCC Calendar
Everything we have going on shows up in this calendar, helpfully colour coded!
If you are interested in joining one of our events, consider becoming a member.
To add this calendar to your Google calendar click the icon in the bottom right, or contact one of the members of our committee to help.
Please note, some events require application prior to the date that they are actually happening.
Deadline for entry will be made clear on that particular event's page (Normally on Facebook).
Disciplines
We ride in a range of disciplines, so there is something for every member, if you're not sure what you like yet, we can help you figure that out.

Road
We run club rides to cater for every focus of road cycling, from structured social rides to epic charity rides to circuit races and hill climbs.

Track
We regularly visit Newport Velodrome to hire the track and bikes for coaching sessions. These are open to all levels, with groups of beginners, intermediates and advanced riders split and coached accordingly.

MTB
Join us in thrilling rides across local mountain bike trails, with the opportunity to venture further out for some of the UK's best MTB trails.

Downhill
Bristol is home to some great downhill riding. The city's hilly nature continues once the buildings have stopped, meaning that in the green spaces around Bristol there are some awesome trails to be found.
Committee

Martha Berry (she/her)
Women's Captain
Martha loves to get out of the city on her bike and her favourite hill near here is Blackwell. Her role is to help women feel more included in the club and run women specific events such as pot lucks and maintenance evenings. Drop her a message if you have any suggestions for activities! 🙂

Evan Davies
Foundation Captain
Evan is the club’s foundation captain for this year and is here to get even more people pedalling the dirt, gravel and tarmac around Bristol. Being as keen for a social as a climb up the Col de la Marintan, Evan will ensure that new riders get introduced to all aspects of UOBCC. If you’re unsure how to get into cycling or just need a hand finding where to ride, feel free to get in touch.

Finn Mansfield (he/him)
Club Captain
Finn is the Club captain this year. He has had a successful year so far, racing cyclocross in the winter and road/track in the summer. Finn is keen to keep the club thriving over the next year with some exciting plans coming up.
